Privacy Notice
This notice explains how we process your personal data under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any difference, the Turkish version prevails.
1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by Bereket Tulumba (Yakuplu Mah. 83. Sk. Menteşeoğlu Büfe No: 9A, Beylikdüzü / İstanbul 34524) as the data controller, within the scope described below.
2. Personal Data We Process
- Identity and contact details: name, phone number, e-mail address.
- Customer transaction details: order contents, delivery address, the content of your messages.
- Branch / partner account details: the username used for branch login, orders and account activity.
- Security information: IP address and browser details created while using the website and the branch panel.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Answering your requests, questions and complaints received by phone, WhatsApp and the contact form on our website,
- Taking, preparing and delivering your orders; managing branch and partner orders,
- Fulfilling our legal obligations (invoicing, tax legislation, etc.),
- Keeping our website and branch panel secure.
4. Legal Grounds and Collection Method
Your personal data is collected electronically or verbally via phone, WhatsApp, the contact form on our website, the branch panel and our shop. It is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds of the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation and, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed, our legitimate interests.
5. Transfers
Your personal data is never shared with third parties for marketing. It may only be shared with authorised public bodies where required by law, and with our courier companies to the extent needed to deliver your order. Our website and branch panel run on hosting located in Türkiye.
6. Retention Period
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods set by law; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties it is transferred to; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and its deletion or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to the recipients; to object to a result against you arising from automated analysis; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
8. Cookies and Visit Statistics
To improve our website, and only with your consent, we collect anonymous visit statistics through Google Analytics (Google LLC): which pages are viewed, which links are clicked (e.g. phone, WhatsApp, directions), device type and approximate location (city). This data is not used to identify you personally and may be processed on Google's servers abroad. If you do not consent, no analytics cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie Preferences” link at the bottom of the page.
